Open/Close Dundee
Discover Dundee's creative side with Open/Close Dundee. This series of street art trails showcases colourful murals and painted doors by local and international artists. Explore hidden alleyways and vibrant artworks that brighten up the city’s nooks and crannies.

Lemmings Statues
If gaming is your thing, make sure you visit the Lemmings statues that pay homage to the early ’90s video game. Local artist Alyson Conway created this tribute in Seabraes Park in 2013, very near to the studio where the game was created. 

DD Tours
Dive into Dundee's darker history with My Dark Dundee tours who offer fascinating tours of the city’s underground vaults and notorious past. The Custom Exchange vaults, transformed into an eerie visitor spot, provide a chilling look into Dundee’s history.

Grissel Jaffray Memorial
In keeping with the more eerie goings on, why not  check out the spot where the last accused witch of Dundee, Grissel Jaffray, was executed in 1669. Walk along the Murraygate pedestrian thoroughfare to Peter Street. You’re looking for two mosaic cones, one depicting water and the other fire.

The Old Steeple
Visit Scotland's oldest surviving medieval church tower – the Old Steeple. Standing for over 500 years, it houses medieval carved stones, an Antiquities Room, and the Cap House. Brave the 232 steps to the top for a breathtaking bird's-eye view of Dundee.

Wildshore Dundee
For water-based adventures, head to Wild Shore Dundee. Take on the inflatable ‘mountain’ course, ride a giant donut, or try Scotland’s largest Aqua Park. With 18 obstacles, including Neptune’s Steps and the Mighty Mount Rainer, it's an adrenaline-packed adventure hub on the Silvery Tay.

D’Arcy Thompson Zoology Museum
For the curious among us… The D’Arcy Thompson Zoology Museum at the University of Dundee is open every second Saturday of the month and Friday afternoons in the summer. The museum has a collection of birds, fish, insects, mammals, and reptiles from around the world, together with many of D'Arcy Thompson's original models and teaching aids.
