Only 30 minutes southeast of the city, you'll find the legendary St Andrews Links. Often called the ‘Home of Golf’, visitors can choose from seven courses open to the public, including the famous Old Course, where golfers have been teeing off since the 15th century.

Nearby, there's also Carnoustie Golf Links, renowned as one of the toughest and most rewarding links courses in the world. Closer to the city centre, Downfield Golf Club is perfect for golfers of all levels and is home to exciting tournaments like the Scottish Amateur Championship.
